Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — used for login. We never share or sell it.
• Conversation summaries — after each session, we generate a brief, anonymized summary of what you talked about (themes, emotions, not verbatim transcripts). This is how Iambe remembers you between visits.
• Emotion scores — the 1-10 ratings you give before and after sessions. Used to measure whether the tool is actually helping.

What we DON'T collect

• Real names, addresses, phone numbers, or identifying details
• Verbatim chat transcripts (summaries only)
• Location data, device fingerprinting, or tracking cookies
• Anything you tell us to delete

How we use your data

• To provide the Iambe service (conversation, memory, pattern recognition)
• To improve the product (aggregate emotion trends, never individual data)
• To send you login codes via email

AI processing

Conversations are processed by DeepSeek's API to generate responses and summaries. Per DeepSeek's terms, API data is not used for model training. Messages are transmitted over encrypted connections and are not stored by DeepSeek after processing.

Your rights

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Delete — request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export — request your data in a portable format
• Email privacy@iambe.chat for any of the above. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Iambe is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
